Looking forward…

The biggest change businesses will face in 3 years will be innovation culture, whereas the challenge will lie in Leadership authenticity.

I would like Henley Business School in the future to be at the forefront of Global leadership training, to both inspire and influence both people and organisation culture.

My thoughts of how the world will have changed in 70 years’ time? There will be more blending cultures, one world of love.
